We are excited to introduce Mr. Delligatti, a new eighth grade science teacher here at ‘Iolani! Funny, honest, and adventurous, Mr. Delligatti is excited to share his passion for science with his students. After the pandemic forced science teachers to modify experiments for distance learning, Mr. Delligatti is focused and eager to once again “bring science back into the classroom.” Mr. Delligatti resonated with ‘Iolani School’s high emphasis on academic and extracurricular success, which influenced him to move here. Despite all the challenges moving can bring, Mr. Delligatti expressed that he feels “right at home” with the One Team culture of ‘Iolani. Although he understands that not all of his students would want to pursue science in the future, Mr. Delligatti aims to inspire his students to find and pursue their own passions.
