Imua ʻIolani

Hi, my name is Sherie, and I am a writer for Imua. I joined both ‘Iolani and Imua in my ninth grade year out of curiosity (but also because my mother made me). While it was my mother who primarily pushed me to join the class, I chose to stay because Imua offers me experiences that no other class really can. For example, I have learned that writing articles are significantly different from writing essays in my English class. Outside of Imua, I enjoy drawing and playing volleyball. A fun fact about me is that I don’t enjoy boba tea.
