Hi! My name is Alessia and I’m a sophomore. This is my third year at ‘Iolani and with that, my third year in Imua where I’m excited to serve as one of your Design Editors! I initially joined this class because I love literature and wanted to learn more about the journalism world especially after the fact that I finished watching Gilmore Girls. Outside the newsroom, I take part in theatrical productions, especially the fall plays. In my free time, you’ll usually find me hanging out with friends or hopping between cafes. I’m so excited to take on this leadership role and can’t wait for the volumes ahead!
