Hi, my name is Skye! I joined Imua in 8th grade because it was the only available writing elective, and I stuck with it because I love the journalistic process, especially designing and editing. This is my fifth year in Imua, and I’m a senior. When I’m not in the newsroom I enjoy ceramics, kayaking, ice skating and swimming. I also blog and run a creative writing club called “Writing Your Truth.” A fun fact about me is that I have a cat that can fit into a box a third of his size.
Anya P., Online Content Editor
I am Anya, the Online Content Editor of Imua. I am a junior now, but started at Imua during my Freshman year. I initially didn’t even want to take this class, but all my first choice electives had no more room, so I was forced. It turns out that was a good thing, because ever since then, I have loved taking this class and being able to learn about journalism, photography, and design. A fun fact about me is that my favorite food is sushi!

My name is Olivia, and I am a senior! My position is the art editor, and this is my third year in IMUA. I am really passionate about art, drawing and writing. And I also enjoy reading books during my free time.
Perle S., Managing Editor
Hello my name is Perle. I joined Imua two years ago, as a sophomore because I was always interested in journalism. I continued this year because not only did I learn more about writing, I became part of the Imua community. I’m from Paris, but I attended boarding school in England. During my free time I like to dance, go to the beach, and hang out with my friends. Some of my favorites are: pizza (food), purple (color), and The Before Trilogy (movie).

Great job. Is there a way to expand the map to be larger? That way it’s easier to navigate.

FYI… Washington University in St Louis is located in St Louis, MO, not Washington state…
